Jordan Mera has always dreamed about the worlds created within video games and movies. At the age of 5, he received his first video game system, a Super Nintendo. He played games like Mario, Star Fox and Kirby, and found a passion for the interactivity of gaming as well as the art used to create the experience gaming. In addition he was raised on Disney movies, movies like “Toy Story” and “Bug’s Life: which opened his eyes to the new and innovative world of 3D. While in high school, Jordan took college-level graphic design classes to introduce him to the world of art. His dream to work in the video game industry led him to the Academy of Art University, where he is currently working towards his degree in 3D Animation and Visual Effects. Jordan is working to be a jack of all trades while specializing in his favorite areas of 3D modeling and 3D texturing and lighting.
